Megan Williams, LMT graduated from The Spectrum Center School of Massage in 2001. Her approach is grounded in the belief that every person is unique, and that effective bodywork begins with listening to the individual’s lived experience.

Megan considers daily movement patterns, posture, and current symptoms together when planning care. She is a certified Movement and Mobility trainer and obtained a CrossFit Level 1 certification, which she pursued to inform her work with athletes and active individuals. She also draws from principles of structural integration and brings a working knowledge of nutrition, supplementation, autoimmune conditions, and nervous system health into her practice when appropriate.

In recent years, Megan has focused her practice on working with clients who have experienced trauma, PTSD, and complex health conditions. She takes a trauma-aware, relational approach, prioritizing safety, choice, and trust. Whether a session involves deeper techniques or gentler work depends entirely on the client and their nervous system, and Megan partners closely with clients in developing treatment plans that feel supportive and sustainable.

In addition to seeing clients, Megan manages the clinic part-time and is involved in supporting the overall health of the practice. Outside of work, she enjoys tending her garden, caring for her chickens, and making music, while juggling life as the wife of a firefighter, raising two children, and keeping up with more than a few hobbies. Megan values thoughtful growth, sustainability, and continuing to learn as she moves into the next season of both her work and her life.
